  • Primary quotation will be given as a reference
Contract
If satisfied, customers will sign contract and pay for deposit after several times of design advice
Procurement 
  • On-site investigation
  • Regular vendor and client coordination, purchasing, delivery scheduling, and management will be conducted
Construction 
  • Our designer will be assist and monitor the progress.
  • Regular meetings with all trades and vendors are held to ensure that progress and details are on track in case of any site conditions necessitating amendments.
Hand-over
During the warranty period, we would love to collect your feedback and make adjustable changes after negotiation.
